Dhaba Veg Korma

Ingredients

  • Onions
  • Green chillies
  • Gg paste
  • Paneer
  • Potatoes
  • Green peas
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon juice
  • Curry leaves
  • Yogurt
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Flavz Dhaba Masala
  • Yogurt / Cream

Method

  1. Chop the onions finely or make onion puree.
  2. In a pan, add oil, onion puree or chopped onions and let them cook till they are 50% done.
  3. Add chilies and ginger garlic paste and cook on medium flame till they turn golden brown
  4. Add tomatoes or tomato puree and let it cook till they are 80% done.
  5. Add potatoes, peas, carrots or any vegetables you like and let them cook till it is 80% done on medium low flame.
  6. Mix dhaba masala, well beaten yogurt/cream and curry leaves and add to the curry.
  7. Add water, chilli powder and salt if required.
  8. If you are adding Paneer, add paneer now.
  9. Close the lid and let it cook on low flame till oil separates. 10 Add lemon juice after you turn off the stove
