Dhaba Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • Onions
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Yogurt
  • Chicken
  • Lemon juice
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Flavz Dhaba Masala
Optional
  • Curry leaves
  • Shahjeera
  • Green chillies

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken in chilli powder, salt, lemon, ginger garlic paste, yogurt
  2. Chop the onions finely.
  3. Saute onions, chillies and ginger garlic paste on medium low flame till they turn golden brown
  4. Add marinated chicken and let it cook till it is 80% done on medium low flame.
  5. Add dhaba masala and curry leaves (optional).
  6. Add water, chilli powder and salt as required.
  7. Close the lid and let it cook on low flame till oil separates.
  8. Add lemon juice after you turn off the stove
