Chicken 65

Ingredients

  • Chicken / Potato / Cauliflower / Tofu / Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
  • Maida or All Purpose Flour 1/4cup or 4tbs
  • Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbs
  • Yogurt 1/2cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1.5 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Curry leaves/Spinach
  • Oil

Method

  1. Only For Potato or Cauliflower: Boil the vegetables till they are 80% done but not mushy (about 15mins) and let it cool before you mix the flours and spice.
  2. Mix the spice mix (as per taste) with dry ingredients , yogurt and adjust salt and chilli powder as per taste before mixing vegetaables/chicken/paneer.
  3. Add water in small quantity and mix till all pieces are well coated.
  4. Rest for 15mins. 4 .On medium flame, heat oil. Fry the coated vegetables/chicken/paneer on medium flame only till they turn golden brown. 5 .Sprinkle lemon juice , fried green chillies, chat masala and fried curry leaves/spinach(optional) before you serve.
